Service Description: Dates of images:

Summary:
This correlation image looks to see how images taken from two separate ALOS-2 passes correlate with each other. In this case, the correlation image can be used to determine areas where the surface changed between the two images as a result of the Southern California Earthquakes.
Suggested Use:
The correlation image can be used to identify areas where the ground has shifted due to the earthquakes. Darker green areas represent a greater amount of shift.
Note: There is some low correlation due to vegetation in Ridgecrest and some other areas. The rivers heading east from the main rupture have low correlation due to sand along the river shifting.
