The map was derived from synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data on March 20, 2021 at approximately 6am local time by the Copernicus Sentinel-1 satellites operated by the European Space Agency (ESA).</SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Suggested Use:</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Likely flooded areas are shown as blue.
